Bach Stradivarius LT42A Bb/F Tenor Trombone - Lightwieght slide

Description

The Bach Stradivarius 42A Bb/F Tenor Trombone has the same specifications as the 42A but with a lightweight nickel silver slide. The weight in the slide is reduced by using nickel silver on the outer slide in addition to the inner slide. This offers a quicker response to the player, while being resistant to corrosion.

The LT42A also has a Hagmann valve which minimises the angle at which the airflow is deflected when the valve is engaged. This eliminates the back pressure found in a normal rotor system F attachment.

The 42A has a .547" bore, 8-1/2" one-piece hand-hammered yellow brass bell, chrome plated nickel silver inner slides, brass outer slides, open wrap "F" section with Hagmann valve and a clear lacquer finish. It comes with a genuine Vincent Bach 6-1/2A large shank mouthpiece and case.
