Pearl shekeres are precision formed to produce low bass tones when struck on the bottom and the adjustable tension beads produce a vibrant responsive sound. The shekere nets are strung with either a regular amount of beads are hand strung with synthetic cord that allows the beads to move freely and gives the player complete control for the most complex rhythms. The Pearl fiberglass model has increased volume and projection at half the weight of traditional shekeres. All Pearl shekeres and have adjustable tension beads allowing you to vary the sound.
