Product Availability

Product availability can be found on each individual product page. Availability is updated at least once every 24 hours.

Online - Stock available but may be held offsite or at our suppliers warehouse. It may take up to 48 hours for items held offsite to be processed and dispatched. If you require your item urgently please contact us for clarification

Store - Items are in stock at our Hawthorn location and in most cases will be processed and dispatch the same day (orders placed during business hours)


Stock turnover / items out of stock

We make every effort to ensure that items displayed on our site reflect current stock on hand, however, due to high stock turnover, Fine Music cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock at all times. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. Usually, orders containing out of stock items can be filled with minimal delay.


Pricing

All prices are listed on our website in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST (inc GST).

In-store pricing

We do not guarantee to match our website prices on products for sale on our shop floor. This is necessary due to the cost of receiving, handling, storing and displaying products, as well as allowing you to physically try and test the product before purchase. Not all items listed on our website are available in store. Please contact us to check availability prior to visiting the store.


International orders

Fine Music does not ship internationally at this time.


Free In-store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available on all products listed on the website. Simply select the "Free In-store Pick up" option at the checkout. Pickups can be made at Fine Music, 228 Auburn Road Hawthorn, VIC 3122 during our opening hours. Customers will be notified when orders are available for collection, usually within 24 hours.

As a condition of in-store pickup and to protect our customers, the credit card used for online purchasing must be presented at the time of pickup, along with one form of photo ID (driver's license etc.). Goods will not be made available for collection without this identification being completed.

Fine Music values customer satisfaction highly. We aim to provide high-quality musical instruments and great service to you, the musician, every time.
